capital NT$ 80,000,000 (US$2,500,000) as investment firm of our own.

Set up 1st gasoline
service station in 1989.

Invest to Taiwan Vespa Company in
1989 and elected to be the board of director up to now.

Focus ourselves strictly on the Niche technologies
and products for「Energy-saving」、「GHG emission
reduction」、「Operating cost saving」、「Low Infrastructure demand」.

market for the item meet our criteria.

items in Taiwan and China, including pilot test、decriminalization、marketing and

We, on 2005, introduce LNG with LCNG station
into Taiwan for Taipei city government to replace CNG/PNG station. This is not
only NIBMY-RELIEF, also reduce enormous amount of infrastructure investment and
precious time consuming.

partner’s assistance, the LNG-DDF (Diesel Duel-Fuel) conversion systems
for the Heavy Duty Diesel Trucks, Power-Generators, and LNG infrastructure design,
construction and management, like LNG/LCNG station, LNG loading/unloading
facility, LNG transportation and distribution system in Taiwan and Great China areas.

Achievement
1.
DDF (Diesel Dual Fuel) conversion
since 2003 for city-bus, tourist bus, heavy duty diesel vehicle, tractor.

July 07 2006, Taipei City's buses
may soon be converting to diesel dual fuel (DDF), as the city government seeks
to address air pollution and the increasing cost of energy by adopting
alternative fuel sources in public transportation.
3.
Oct 27 2006,
the CTCI foundation and Economic Daily News hold a Forum to advocate the DDF
conversion system. Current EPA commissioner Sheng was invited too.
4.
July 04 2007, the Vice-President
of ENGVA, Mr. Trevor Fletcher visited us the third time and discussed with Phd
Y.T.Lin, the former President of ARTC(Automobile Research and Testing center).
5.
Fumigation Bi-Fuel and Injection
DDF conversion since 2009 for power generator and marine ship, etc.
6.
Methanol Gasoline
research since 2003 for vehicles, and on May 02 2009 PRC government officially
announced of Newly Approved National Standards of P.R.China GB/T23510-2009, the
first Methanol Fuel National Standard.
7.
May 31 2009,
we finally achieved the highest average substitution rate for natural gas, up
to historical 85% high.
